Certified Gentle Sleep Coach

You’ve got this, momma. I am here to help.

I consider myself so lucky to support parents of newborns and small children. Having little ones is a sacred and beautiful time. It can also be an overwhelming and exhausting time. Having support in the early weeks and beyond can not only allow for physical and emotional recovery, but also gives you an opportunity to enjoy that time and bond.

One of my jobs as a postpartum doula is to “mother the mother”. My goal is to take some of the work off of you in those first few months so you may allow yourself to recover.

My job as a sleep coach is to empower you and your child(ren) by gaining the skills necessary to get the appropriate amount of sleep…for everyone!

Postpartum Doula and Sleep Support

  • Have questions about what to expect in the next few weeks / months? Need help folding that laundry? All. The. Laundry. How about someone to talk to and who will listen with an open heart and zero judgement? A postpartum doula is just what you’re looking for.

  • Need some more significant breastfeeding help? I am passionate about helping mothers reach their breastfeeding goals. There are two common themes when it comes to mothers reaching out for help with breastfeeding. They are; 1. Feeling unprepared for what it entails once the baby arrives, and 2. Not receiving help in a timely manner. Whether you are looking for some help prenatally, or you are in the trenches of your breastfeeding journey, I would love to help.

  • I am a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach. I am so excited to help coach families in getting the sleep everyone needs!

A little about me

My name is Courtney Pasqualoni, and I am momma bird to my three boys on the seacoast of NH. I realize it is cliche to say, but the days really are long and the years so very short.

I remember very well the days of being home with newborns and toddlers. I remember those baby snuggles and the days of playing on the floor and giggling. I also remember the days of feeling exhausted, frustrated, and completely overwhelmed. A postpartum doula is there to prevent those feelings of depletion.

You're in good hands, my friend. I'll help you navigate the beautiful chaos of adding a little one to your world.
